Mile Limit is a neighborhood restaurant, wine bar and bodega in the heart of West Berkeley, founded by Chefs Sergio Monleón and Emily Sarlatte, longtime collaborators and the team behind Berkeley's beloved La Marcha Tapas Bar and 510 Ñora Catering. Mile Limit brings their passion for Mediterranean table foods to a gathering place.

Sergio Monleón and Emily Sarlatte have been cooking together for nearly fifteen years. They first met while working in a Sicilian restaurant before opening La Marcha Tapas Bar, where they have now spent well over a decade introducing the Bay Area to Spanish cooking

Mile Limit grew from the same ideologies that brought them together in the first place. Rather than focusing on one particular country’s cuisine, it explores the broader Mediterranean.
